SHIPPING TO OVER UK MAINLAND ONLY
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
ALL PRODUCTS
Delivery is free to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland.
You will receive the tracking number during the delivery process – delivery takes 3-4 working days from time of order.
The packaging does not include a receipt – Enclosed might be a small leaflet about the product and history of oriental Ceramics.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Q: Can I request a delivery date?
A: After your order has been placed, you will be offered a date of delivery – if this is unsuitable you can refuse and the the delivery company will contact you a week later with another date.
Q: Are items assembled or flat packed?
A: All items are fully assembled.
