Shipping
- Orders received with cleared payment by 1pm GMT will be dispatched same day except weekend and public holidays. Tracking number and VAT invoice will be emailed to you after dispatching the order.
- We will only dispatch to address received from checkout. We won’t be able to amend your shipping address after receiving the order. Express couriers such as UPS, DHL cannot deliver to PO Boxes. You must inspect package before signing for delivery, if you see any sign of mishandling or damage to the package, bring this to delivery person’s attention and make sure they make a note in their system about the damage. Please keep the item and packaging in original condition as you have received it. We will make a claim with relevant courier and they may need to inspect the package. You must inform us by support message along with the picture of the damage item & packaging within 24 hours of receipt of damaged goods.
